💸 UltravioletK9 Refund Policy

At UltravioletK9, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven training. Because our services involve time, planning, and personalised support, we’ve outlined the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
🐾 Training Packages
- Training packages (such as the Polaris Package or Launch Session) are non-refundable once the first session has taken place—except where the Money-Back Guarantee applies.
- If you cancel before your first session, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any admin or consultation fees.
- If you choose not to complete a package after starting, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless the guarantee conditions are met.
✅ Money-Back Guarantee (Polaris Package Only)
We offer a 100% refund if you complete the full Polaris Package and feel it hasn’t helped you or your dog. To qualify, you must:
- Attend all scheduled sessions
- Complete all assigned homework between sessions
- Provide video or written evidence of your practice
- Communicate consistently via WhatsApp during your support window
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of your final session.
This guarantee is designed to reward effort and accountability. If you show up and do the work, we stand by the results.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- If UltravioletK9 needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer alternative dates or a full refund for that session.
💬 WhatsApp Support
- WhatsApp support is included as part of your package and begins on the agreed start date.
- Once support has started, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable, even if unused.
